In this package, you will combine physical activity with moments of pure relaxation: one hour of free training in the Fitness Area of Colle Serrano, a one-hour Spa circuit with the option to enjoy a detoxifying smoothie.
The package is completed with a detox massage and a four-course detox lunch, including beverages.
Access to the Spa is allowed to both Relais Resort Guests and External Visitors.

After physical exertion, treat yourself to a 30-minute detoxifying massage. Targeted at the abdomen and legs, it uses a blend of essential oils of star anise, fennel, and Cuban grapefruit to alleviate the feeling of heaviness in the stomach, aid in digestive processes, reduce belly bloating, and support liver detoxification.
A light detox lunch with four courses of your choice from the Chef, beverages included. A journey through the flavors of our land reinterpreted with gourmet pairings.
